Year 10 Design Technology Workshop with Open City

This workshop introduces young people to architecture and the built environment.

Open City is charity dedicated to making architecture and neighbourhoods more open, accessible and equitable.

Open City creates educational and cultural programmes discussing, celebrating and opening up historic and contemporary buildings and landscapes.

15 of our Year 10 students took part in this workshop on Thursday 9^th March 2023 where they had to design an open space for 15-year-olds. Students then created models of their designs out of paper and cardboard.

A fantastic workshop that our students thoroughly enjoyed.
