This is an exciting and challenging position which will provide an opportunity for a dynamic, forward-thinking individual to put their skills into practice and contribute to the development of this ambitious school. The ideal candidate will have the talent and motivation to develop towards a Headship in due course. We are an established school within PiXL and PiXL6 and would welcome applications from leaders who have embedded PiXL principles within their current schools.
The successful candidate will work with the Head of School and Senior Leadership Team to set the vision for the future of the school, ensuring that the right people and plans are in place to ensure we give our students the very best possible education, so they can achieve great things after life at ‘The Poly.’
