Dear Parents/Carers,

Please see below important information for week beginning the 16th December 2024.

Wednesday 18th December 2024 is Subject Review Meetings for Year 10 students. They are to remain on site at the end of the day. All other students will finish early at 12pm for this event to take place. Year 10 parents are to arrive at 1.15pm for a presentation until 1.35pm then parents will meet their sons’ teachers. All Year 13 students will have their academic review online via school cloud appointments from 4pm to 6pm.

 

Thursday 19th December 2024 is academic review day for Year 7, Year 8 and Year 9. All students are to attend in full school uniform. Parents and students are to come in at their designated times as follows:

Year 7 parents are invited in between 8.40am – 10.40am.

Year 8 parents are invited in between 11.00am – 12.30pm.

Year 9 parents are invited in between 1.10pm – 3.20pm.

All Year 10 and Year 11 students will remain at home on this day and are expected to complete home learning.

Sixth form will also remain at home apart from selected Year 13 students which have been invited in for interventions.

 

Friday 20th December 2024 - All sixth form students are to remain at home unless invited to attend interventions.

Year 7 to 11 students are to attend school at the normal start time. There will be an early finish for all on this day. Students will be dismissed by year group from approximately 11am onwards.

 

Monday 6th January 2025 is the return to school after the Christmas break. Students are to arrive at 10.15 for a 10.30am start. Please check your son's uniform before the return to school. If your child is returning with a missing uniform item, please provide a note for their form tutor.
